Dear Young Man and Family,

On behalf of I AM MENtality Youth Male Empowerment Project.  I am so grateful that you have decided to be a part of such an amazing program. I AM MENtaility was created to address the needs of and empower young men in the Baltimore community.

As a product of the Baltimore City, being raised and educated in Baltimore City schools and Baltimore based Colleges. I am personally honored to serve the next generation of youth from the community where I was developed.  Without the strategic placement of mentors and community supporters in my life, there is no doubt I would not be where I am today. Mentors exposed me to the world that existed outside of my immediate environment and helped me learn to effectively navigate through life’s obstacles.

The goal of I AM MENtality and its programs is to pay it forward by working with youth in community settings to deposit in the next generation that which was deposited in us. The objective is to share principles that help define and illuminate their character so that they may grow to be change makers to both their local and global community.  By planting the seeds of integrity into the soil of our youth we strive to produce stable and productive young adults that will one day not only become college graduates, leaders, managers but moreover, change makers whom will pay it forward and change the world.  Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your family. There are many exciting things ahead in the upcoming months.
